Unboxing Video Mandatory

Recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery is mandatory. In case of a return or exchange request, the unboxing video must be submitted as proof. No return or exchange request will be accepted without an unboxing video.

Return Conditions

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
All tags and labels must be intact.
Unboxing video is mandatory.

Refund Process

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refund will be done via bank transfer.
